I just got to know about this today and unfortunately the site says "We're sorry, registration is temporarily suspended, due to over overwhelming response. Please email to info@irfront.org for any enquiries". Too bad it's held in the morning ... I have work. :(

It's always like that. but honestly, based on my experience , u can just go on the day of the prog and normally they would allow u to come in. to make it safer, just contact International Institute Of Muslim Unity (IiMu)of IIUM.I've been to their programs before and they definitely allow u to come. =)

    p/s:(IiMu)is one of the organizers..their link-http://www.iiu.edu.my/iimu/
